If you have a volume license contract, you should be able to go to the Volume License Service Center and download the ISO file for Windows 10 Enterprise and make a bootable copy using Rufus. For reasons unclear, it seems you have to be a local administrator for this process to work correctly.
If you're not a local administrator, log in as the local administrator on the computer that will create the boot media. You'll need the Media Creation Tool from Microsoft. Start up the command prompt and change directory to the folder that contains the media creation executable. The above command assumes you wanted the bit version of Windows 10 Enterprise.
